"I have known Carl for a long time and I cant honestly think of someone I know that is kinder and more genuine. When I was thinking about my second investment property and where I wanted it I just threw the idea out at Carl and within the hour he found almost exactly what I was looking for. He made all contacts needed to answer all my questions. I honestly can't look back and think of one thing during the transaction all the way past closing that made me feel like I had to work hard or do much myself other than the lending process. "Carl helped me to find a buy my first home with a tight budget in Lafayette, near Boulder. After searching online and offline, he found a property that was a short sale. Because he worked with these properties before, he was able to guide me through the process and explain all the steps. I had to compete with other offers, and beat them thanks to his expertise and creative ideas to encourage the seller to accept my offer. I got an amazing price on the home- a huge discount for the area. A year and a half later, a similar house on my street sold for $71,000 more than I paid for my house! "Carl was a magical delight! The perfect blend of knowledge, dedication, and personality.Carl was able to properly price our multi-unit property better than anyone we had talked to. We spoke to other brokers and none were even close to price that Carl told us that it was worth. Carl's understanding of the proper pricing of investment properties and the motivation of the typical investor buyer showed us that we could sell for much more than we were told. He put together a full analysis for marketing the property, and got us seven offers in the first couple of days on market. "Carl was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and offed many options for selling my home. He help me list my home competitively and brought back several offers for me to choose from. He was also able to negotiate me staying in the home after closing for a few weeks so I was able to get packed and moved without a rush since the house was on and off the market so quickly and closed within the week the offer was accepted."
